The studio is attached to the main home's garage but has its own private entrance, ensuring a peaceful and completely separate space. Private Studio Retreat: - Living & Sleeping: Features a comfortable Queen-size Murphy bed, a TV, and room-darkening shades. The space is kept comfortable with a split type ductless A/C and heating system, plus a ceiling fan. - Kitchenette: A well-equipped space with a full-size refrigerator, stove, toaster oven, microwave, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Welcome snacks are provided. - Dedicated Workspace: Includes a full desk with office supplies and property-wide Wi-Fi. - Bathroom: A clean, modern full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, essential hygiene products, and fresh towels. Shared Backyard Oasis: Step outside to enjoy incredible shared amenities: - Pool & Hot Tub: A sparkling, freeform swimming pool and a bubbling hot tub. - Lounge & Dine: A comfortable sectional sofa in the covered gazebo and an outdoor dining area. - Fire Pit & Grill: A stone fire pit for evening relaxation and a propane BBQ for grilling.
