This was one of the nicest airbnbs we have stayed at! I would 1000% recommend this to anyone coming to this area! Everything was top notch and amazing quality! If you can think of it, they already have it there! Not much around in the area but we were visiting with my brother and sister in law and just enjoying family time! Played giant scrabble and did a little fishing! Wish we could have stayed longer than one night because it was such a fun house! Best of all - the beds were extremely comfortable! This was definitely a 10/10!!!

Travis’ house was great for a weekend out of New York City with good friends. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was great and was near good places to eat and beautiful sights to see. Thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful stay in Saint James! The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made it feel like a home away from home. It’s a perfect spot for boaters easy access to the water and nearby islands made exploring so convenient and enjoyable. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, always responsive, helpful, and friendly. We truly loved our time here and would absolutely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy check in, great kitchen....had everything we needed. We used the back outdoor area everyday. Also the pool was nice to have. The area was nice and peaceful with friendly neighbors across the canal. Easy drive to everywhere we went. We would stay again!

We had such a wonderful stay at this home in St. James City! From the moment we arrived, we could tell how much thought and care went into every detail—there was something special to appreciate in every corner of the house. The space was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and truly feel at home. It’s clear the hosts take great pride in maintaining the property and creating a welcoming experience for their guests. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-designed, and memorable place to stay!

Incredible historic barn in a charming slice of the Hudson Valley. Stayed with about ten people, was super homey and cozy with plenty of room for folks. House fully stocked with activities; enjoyed hot tub, fire pit, and basement game room. Perfect for a group or family trip! Would love to return (and hope to)!

I can’t say enough great things about the Barn. As the first guests, Tim and Abbi left us a sweet note and some goodies- one of those gestures that make you feel extra special. The photos don’t do the home justice. It felt like we were staying at a friend’s place and not an air bnb. Super spacious for our group of 10. There are places to visit in town, but we found ourselves wanting to be back at the barn. I watched the special on the renovation and was still amazed with how charming it was in person. They have put so much care into their home! The only hiccup we had was having one house key, but maybe we didn’t realize we could have used the keypads? Im not sure. Also can’t emphasize enough how responsive and kind Travis was! Thank you Tim & Abbi!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful oasis! The backyard pool and hot tub were very much enjoyed. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood and there was a very friendly cat that would visit us often. The home itself was very clean and offered coolers to take to the beach and all the other essentials we used throughout our stay. Travis is a lovely host and responded quickly with any questions we may have had throughout our stay.
